Q: Can I call you to order if I dont want to order online?
A: No. We do not accept orders over the phone.

A: We only accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Paypal as payment methods.
Q: What kind of shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer Shipping through UPS, USPS, & FedEx.
Q: How much is shipping for each option?
A: Shipping costs vary for individual items depending on how expensive a product is and where the order is being shipped to.
Q: Can I cancel my order once it's placed?
A: You may cancel your order, but only before it has been shipped. If you log into your account on our website you will be able to track your order. If you cancel your order before it gas been shipped, we will give you a full refund.
Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: If a product is damaged or defective you can contact us within 90 days of placing your order and have your product exchanged or you can choose to be refunded of your money. If you damage the product on your own, we will not refund or exchange your purchase.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: To return an item, you have to have the product shipped back to our company (address listed at the bottom of the home page). Once we recieve your item we will automatically refund your money back onto your original payment method. You must pay for the shipping back.
Q: Do you offer a price guarantee?
A: Yes! If you find one of our products at a lower price somewhere else we will match that price or give you merchandise credit for the difference. ( This excludes any additional discounts you may recieve anywhere else)
